Cathe Huynh-Sison | Creative Director & Principal
A seasoned designer with over 18 years of industry experience, Cathe Huynh-Sison has extensive knowledge in identity development, print communications, branding and interactive/web development. During the span of her career, Cathe has been an integral part of several award-winning design agencies and corporate creative teams. As the creative director and principal of chd, she has helped countless businesses & organizations across various industries grow their brand equity through the years. A passionate enthusiast of social media and small business advocate, Cathe has been quoted & interviewed in several printed & online business publications on the topics of branding, social media and design communications.
Cathe also is an adjunct professor at Academy of Art University’s School of Graphic Design, the creative force behind Feterie (a lifestyle brand focused on achieving a well-designed life), and co-founder of The Curious Canopy (an art licensing group focused on providing manufacturers & publishers with market-ready art content and product development support services). Needless to say, she enjoys and thrives on being surrounded by a plethora of projects and activities, including running after her 3 young children.
Fun Facts: Married to a rocket scientist, self-confessed typophile and françophile, and the granddaughter of two entrepreneurial grandfathers.
Passionate About: The psychology of color, work/life balance, being a traveler (not a tourist), French pastries and a bold cup of joe, typography, and collecting floaty pens.
